1. General Information

This Refund Policy applies to all executive education programs, mastermind sessions, and educational services purchased from GTC Global Ltd (“Company”).

Due to the structured, limited-capacity, and pre-planned nature of our international educational programs, specific refund conditions apply.

By registering for any program and completing payment, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Annual Executive Education Program

No Refund After Program Commencement

The Annual Executive Education Program is a structured educational service delivered over a defined program year.

Once the program year has commenced, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

– lack of attendance
– inability to travel
– personal scheduling conflicts
– dissatisfaction with pace or format
– change of mind

Once access to program materials, sessions, or events is granted, the service is considered commenced.


3. Cancellation Before Program Commencement

A refund request may be considered only if:

– the request is submitted before the official start date of the program year, and
– no educational sessions, materials, or access have been provided.

In such cases, the Company may, at its discretion:

– grant a partial refund, minus administrative and processing costs.

Approval is not automatic and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


4. International Educational Events

International events are part of a structured educational program.

Program fees do not include:

– travel
– accommodation
– transportation
– meals
– personal expenses

The Company is not responsible for:

– travel cancellations
– visa denials
– transportation delays
– participant inability to attend

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the Participant to a refund of program fees.


5. Payment Plans

If a payment plan has been agreed:

– All scheduled payments remain due for the committed program period.
– Failure to attend sessions does not release the Participant from payment obligations.

In case of non-payment, access to the program may be suspended.


6. Quality Concerns

If a Participant believes that the delivered educational service does not materially align with the stated program scope, notification must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the relevant session or event.

At the Company’s discretion, we may:

– provide clarification
– offer additional educational materials
– allow participation in an alternative session

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed individually.


7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including governmental restrictions, force majeure events, venue unavailability), the Company reserves the right to:

– reschedule an event, or
– deliver the educational component in an alternative format (e.g., online).

Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to seek resolution is considered a breach of this Refund Policy.

Participants must attempt good-faith resolution directly before involving payment providers.


9. Consumer Rights

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, statutory rights remain unaffected.

However, as the services provided are digital and educational in nature and performance begins upon access being granted, any statutory right of withdrawal may expire once delivery has commenced, subject to applicable law.


10. Policy Updates

GTC Global Ltd reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time.

Any updates become effective upon publication on the website.
