1. General Information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in educational programs and services provided by GTC Global Ltd (“Company”).
The Company provides non-tangible executive education and business training services, including but not limited to:
– structured executive education programs
– business training workshops
– moderated mastermind sessions (educational format)
– international educational events
– knowledge exchange programs for entrepreneurs
The Company does not provide:
– legal advice
– financial or tax advice
– individualized business consulting
– travel or tourism services
Participation in any program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Participant – any individual or entity purchasing access to the Company’s educational programs.
Entrepreneur / Business Participant – an individual or entity acting in the course of business.
Program – a structured executive education service delivered by the Company.
Educational Services – non-physical services delivered in educational format, including workshops, mastermind sessions, and learning materials.
International Educational Event – a structured in-person educational session organized in selected global locations.
Agreement – the contract concluded between the Participant and the Company upon successful registration and payment.
3. Nature of Services
All services provided by the Company are educational in nature.
Programs are designed to:
– develop strategic thinking
– improve leadership competence
– facilitate structured knowledge exchange
– support long-term business development awareness
The services do not constitute:
– personalized advisory
– individualized recommendations
– fiduciary services
– consulting agreements
Participation in discussions or mastermind sessions does not create an advisory relationship.
4. Program Fees & Payments
Program fees are clearly stated on the website or in official program materials.
The Annual Executive Education Program fee is:
USD 10,000 per year (unless otherwise stated in writing).
The fee covers:
– participation in scheduled educational workshops
– access to moderated mastermind sessions
– educational materials
– structured curriculum
The fee does not include:
– travel
– accommodation
– transportation
– meals
– personal expenses
Participants are responsible for arranging and paying such costs independently.
Payments may be processed via:
– bank transfer
– credit/debit card
– authorized payment processors
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in Section 9.
5. Registration & Agreement Formation
An Agreement is concluded once:
– the Participant submits required registration details, and
– full or agreed payment is received.
Confirmation of participation is delivered electronically.
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation at its discretion prior to program commencement.
6. Delivery of Educational Services
Educational services may be delivered:
– online (live or recorded format)
– in-person at international locations
– through digital materials
– through moderated mastermind sessions
The format and schedule are communicated in advance.
The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, speakers, or locations if necessary, without altering the core educational nature of the program.
7. International Event Disclaimer
International locations are selected to support focused educational work.
The Company:
– is not a travel agency
– does not organize tourism services
– does not sell travel packages
– does not arrange accommodation unless explicitly stated
Location serves as an educational environment, not a leisure product.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Educational programs are designed to support professional development.
However, the Company does not guarantee:
– specific financial results
– revenue increases
– business growth outcomes
– investment returns
Participants remain solely responsible for their business decisions and implementation.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual Programs
Due to limited capacity and structured program planning:
– Program fees are non-refundable once the program year has commenced.
If cancellation occurs before program commencement:
– A refund may be granted at the Company’s discretion, minus administrative costs.
Force Majeure
If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., governmental restrictions, force majeure), the Company may reschedule or provide an alternative educational format.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during programs remain the intellectual property of GTC Global Ltd.
Participants may use materials for personal educational purposes only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
11. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
– proprietary program materials
– private discussions within mastermind sessions
– other participants’ business information
This obligation survives termination of participation.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Providing personal data is necessary for program participation.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms where required by:
– changes in applicable law
– changes in program structure
– operational requirements
Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
